- Recording of transactions in QB and preparing financial reports as needed
- Perform bank reconciliation of school transactions
- Assist in annual external audit
- Approve transactions in POS, setting up fees and other first line POS authority
- Ensure books of accounts are updated
Requisito
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- CPA Board Passer
- Preferably with at least 4 years work experience
- Preferably can speak Chinese
- Knowledgeable in QuickBooks, Excel, and can adapt well in using POS
- Has attention to details, patience with preparation of reports, professional in completing tasks
- Good interpersonal skills
