Job Overview:

Responsible for all aspects of work in the Legal Services Division by providing legal expertise and support to the company in various legal matters primarily related to the business and commercial aspects of the company and the entire group such as, but not limited to, financing agreements, mergers, and acquisitions, correspondences, legal memorandums, opinions, etc. Assures that the company complies with the laws and regulations, including but not limited to SEC regulations, data privacy, and related party and corporate governance regulations. Also responsible for liaising with different partners, stakeholders, government agencies, and instrumentalities.

Qualification:

  • At least 3 years' experience in corporate legal practice with background in PPP (Public-Private Partnership), open to candidates from Corporate or in Law Firms
  • Must possess a Professional License (Bar/Professional License Exam) in Law
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills, able to communicate legalese concisely.
  • Good interpersonal skills and flexible
  • Proficient in MS Office applications. Tech-savvy is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be investigative and objective, dynamic, and able to grasp new ideas.
  • With Public Private Partnership experience
  • Willing to work in Quezon City
