Our client, ReSource Pro, is a 21-year-old leading provider of integrated, innovative operational solutions to US-based insurance organizations, including brokers, managing general agents, carriers, and third-party administrators. Our client, ReSource Pro, supports a wide range of business processes, with a focus on activities requiring deep domain expertise. The Company services its clients through a large and growing base of more than 10,500 employees based in the U.S., China, India, and Serbia with 400+ clients

Your Role:

As an Accounting Analyst, you will:

• Processing: Operate client systems and handle moderately complex accounting tasks (e.g., invoicing, performance analysis, financial statement review, bank reconciliation in QuickBooks). Adhere to ReSource Pro’s and client’s information security policies.
• Operation Optimization: Identify operational issues and propose solutions. Streamline established procedures for efficiency.
• Customer Experience: Communicate with clients via email with minimal supervision. Respond promptly and report issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Auditing and Troubleshooting: Implement and run audit reports to identify performance gaps. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Training & Other: Develop individual training plans and deliver training. Generate, analyze data, and create reports. Assist with new task onboarding.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Accounting degree
• Excel minimums: V-lookup, pivot table, working knowledge of basic formulas
• Working with a team remotely (or leading a team)
• Good communication in email and on ZOOM/Teams

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience in Insurance or Real estate is a plus
• Quickbooks/Salesforce a plus
