Job Description
- Lead and oversee user research initiatives to inform product development.
- Develop and implement research strategies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of user researchers.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing, Market Research, User Research, and User Experience Design is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct user research, analyze data, and improve user experience strategies.
