Job Description

• Technical Troubleshooting: Assist end-users with application-related issues, diagnosing problems, and providing solutions via email and chat. Calls may be minimal.
• Ticket Management: Log, prioritize, and manage support tickets through the ticketing system (ManageEngine), ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
• Documentation: Document common technical issues and solutions for the internal knowledge base, ensuring information is easily accessible for future reference.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the L1 technical support lead, assisting in more complex problem-solving and escalations when necessary.
• Software Installation and Updates: Assist in installing and updating software applications and operating system patches to ensure system security and performance.

Job Qualifications

- 1 year of experience in Technical Support/Service Desk.

- Experience in O365 support and Service Now.

- Knowledge in Incident, SLAs, and Service Request.

- Can start ASAP
