Role description: Responsible on working all tickets and other operational tasks.

Individual responsibilities:

Backup and Restore

  • Ensure regular system backups in place
  • Manage and configure backup toolset
  • Perform quick system restores for disaster recovery purposes

IT Asset Management

  • Ensure regular system backups in place
  • Manage and configure backup toolset
  • Perform quick system restores for disaster recovery purposes

Monitoring and Events Management

  • Provide fast and quality solutions to outages detected by our monitoring tool
  • Resolve issues that has high customer impact
  • Provide indebt root cause analysis, and apply logical solutions

Identify and Access Management

  • Act as control and enact identity policies
  • Provide SSO integration on accredited external sites/application
  • Maintain health of AD infrastructure and functionalities

Software Deployment and Update Management

  • Deploy latest patches on resources
  • Perform in-places OS upgrades

Key Shared Accountabilities

  • Provide the best end user experience possible
  • Maintenance/Administration of Tech assets

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High Technical experience in technologies mainly but not limited to Cisco and Microsoft solutions. Able to operate/navigate on technologies regarding Virtualization, PaaS, IaaS, Security and recovery, Azure Storage, AD, DNS, Windows Server OS, SCCM, Linux, PowerShell.
  • Demonstrate significant technical abilities by quickly restoring outages, able to provide detailed Root Cause Analysis for server slowness/outages.
