• A Senior Data Analyst is responsible of the management of minor marketing list request and as a backup for major segment lists. 
• You are responsible for safeguarding the accuracy and efficacy of our marketing list campaigns. 
• Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the success of the marketing campaigns. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this critical role: 

Responsibilities: 

1. Lead List Management: 

• Scrub opt-outs and blacklisted contacts or accounts from marketing lists. 
• Extract organization and contact information from the marketing database based on the criteria or targets set by the segment partners. 
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and audience segmentation. 
• Ensure data accuracy and manage expectations with respect to timeliness.

2. Campaign Optimization: 

• Collaborate with segment partners to resolve issues and factors affecting the volume of data desired for the marketing campaigns. 
• Continuously refine list generation processes for efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a culture of data-driven decision-making. 

3. Data Analysis and Insights: 

• Track marketing campaigns, evaluate the criteria, and provide recommendations for target audience. 
• Provide insights to segment partners on the attributes from the marketing database that will help with their targeting criteria and enhance the success of their campaigns. 
• Analyze campaign trends and forecast list adjustments need to be made for conflicting projects from different segments. 

Qualifications:

• Must be a bachelor's degree holder
• With 2+ years experience with lead list management/ campaign management/ segmentation/ data analysis
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, SQL, DBeaver) 
• Has leadership competencies and experienced with stakeholder collaboration. 
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform ad hoc analyses. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation. 
• Sharp focus to details and quality.
