Job Summary:

The Head of Sales plays a pivotal role in overseeing comprehensive sales operations, encompassing revenue generation, client acquisition, market share expansion, and effective team management. Their key responsibilities include exceeding annual sales targets, formulating and executing strategic plans for sales growth, fostering enduring customer relationships, and staying attuned to industry trends.


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by taking ownership of the end-to-end sales process.
  • Plan strategically and execute initiatives to meet sales targets and broaden the customer base.
  • Establish long-lasting relationships with clients by working together to understand their needs and company objectives.
  • Communicate effectively the value propositions through persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends for informed decision-making.
  • Provide insightful reports on factors influencing tactical budgets and the strategic direction of accounts.
  • Promote the company’s products and services effectively through value-driven relationships.
  • Guide, lead, and motivate the sales team in the achievement of value-based revenue goals.


Qualifications:

To do well in this role, they would have the following qualifications:

  • 10 years of sales experience preferably in BPO, services, tech, and retail.
  • Adept at using system tools such as CRM, sales automation, and analytics
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
