Job Description

You will be joining us as a Sales Associate at TLYNT INC., where you'll play a key role in supporting our sales team and driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients from Australia and the U.S., gain hands-on experience in CRM management, and contribute to lead generation efforts.

Support the Sales Team in Australia and the United States by documenting sales calls in the CRM.
Handle cold call efforts and manage scheduling via Calendly for the Sales Department.
Conduct client research on social media to support sales strategies.
Assist in preparing contracts, ensuring dates and costings align with agreements (dates, costings agreed with TLYNT talent).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or sales support.
Experience in CRM management and input processing (any CRM system/experience).
High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Prior experience in call handling is a plus.
Experience working with AU or US clients is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy.
College graduate preferred but not required
