About the role


An Enterprise Relationship Manager is tasked to assist the Enterprise Sales Managers to grow the payroll and stickiness of the employees and relationship management of accounts and its lifecycle / CLV.


  • Seamless and timely execution of events including the ingress and egress of kiosks, booths, etc.
  • Manage timeline, costs, and deliverables with internal stakeholders and other business units, ie TMG, Mktg, etc.
  • Manage partnerships with accounts, ie: Events – Caravan, Wellness Talks, New Hires Orientation, and others.
  • Maximize partnership terms and the overall value of the relationship.
  • Provide periodic updates, area-specific trends, competitive intelligence, and other relevant information to maximize relationships and acquire more customers or payroll.
  • Ensures the best possible planning, execution, and management of resources in accordance with business strategies and guidelines (regional budget management, manpower, project execution timelines, and cadence).


Must haves


  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • Has 3-5 years of work experience related to Business Development, Trade Marketing, Training, and Sales
  • Willing to do daily fieldwork and graveyard hours
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • People and Partner skills/management are a must
