Job Description:

• Perform physical assessment and dispense medicine to injured employee or personnel

• Assist injured employee or personnel during doctor’s consultation and hospital admission

• Perform medical assistance such as first aid and emergency procedures in coordination of the company Safety Officer

• Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential

• Perform inventory and requisition of medicines and clinic supplies

• Monitor and assigned of claims for sickness benefits, life, accident, and medical insurance

• Coordinates with the Annual Physical examination program covering all employees

• Submits reports to government institutions on company implementation of government health program, thus, ensuring company involvement on National Health Programs if any

• Implements the company’s control system on health concerns thru the Fit to Work issuance

• Submit DOLE requirements every month/year

• Monitor Timekeeping (Attendance) of all employees

• Making of company I.D for the newly hired employees

• Performs other related jobs which may be assigned by the Department Head and CEO

Minimum Requirements:

• Single and Female, 24-28 years old

• Must be a registered Nurse with updated PRC License

• With at least one (1) year experience in hospital or industrial setting

• With at least 6 months experience in handling HR facets

• Can effectively deal with all levels of people in a construction and telecommunication environment

• Must be honest, result oriented, team player and with good learning attitude

• Good in decision making and analytical skills

• Good problem-solving and time management skills

• Willing to travel anytime

• Preferably from Talisay City, Cebu
