Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Project Management Senior Analyst.

About the Role: As a Project Management Senior Analyst, you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:  

• Work with Finance, HR, and the Director of Operations in setting the Operational metrics of ATCP (Headcount, Productivity, Profitability, and Financials). 
• Integrate multiple data sources to produce reports that would show the Operational metrics of ATCP. 
• Create and maintain templates that would allow stakeholders to better manage their Operational metrics.
• Set, allocate, and communicate targets and budgets.
• Analyze actual results and determine problem areas to drive actions.
• Forecast and conduct impact assessment based on actual results and investment requests.
• Present analysis and callouts to stakeholders.
• Align business partners and spearhead ATCP-wide initiatives (e.g. process/tool roll-out).

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any Finance or Business-related courses
• Must have at least 3 years experience in Program, Project and Service Management (PPSM) / project management
• Must be willing to work in Quezon City
