QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, marketing, Commerce, Finance or equivalent
• With at least one (1) year of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
• Must have knowledge or interest about Real Estate industry 
• Must have good verbal and written communications skills
• Must be willing to work at our Head Office in Bangkal, Makati

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completes pricing computations and strategies (cost and budget monitoring of DMCI Homes projects) and financial feasibility of the project
• Prepares market research and competitor analysis
• Assists in presenting the assigned project to all stakeholders
• Assists in aligning all department output to achieve goals of assigned projects
• Monitors assigned projects and concerns from overall business perspective
• Presents analysis and recommends options for management decisions
