DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

- Assists in the preparation of financial forecasts and variance analysis to ensure financial goals are met.

- Manages company payables, fund disbursements, budgeting

- Tracks company receivables from several distribution channels, and oversees collection

- Purchases foreign currencies and facilitates payments to suppliers overseas

- Works closely with third-party accounting firm to ensure compliance with reportorial requirements

- Any other task assigned by Finance Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Analytical, detail oriented, and has ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

- With excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

- Willing to work under pressure, deliver results and meet tight deadlines

- Strong strategic, energetic self-starter with excellent problem solving skills

- Ability to perform functions as required in the nature and scope of the position

- Extensive knowledge and skill in MS Office (Word & Excel)
