• Lead end-to-end management of gateway operations, including Sortation, Linehaul, Shuttling, and Value-Added Services, to ensure timely and efficient parcel movement. Drive operational excellence, process efficiencies, and overall facility management to enhance network connectivity and reliability.
• Ensure seamless collaboration with Ground Operations and the Operations Support Group to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
