Job Description

Be the first point of contact for IT support within the financial sector, directly impacting Taylor Support's mission to provide top-notch accounting services.
Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues to minimize downtime.
Consistently update systems to ensure secure and efficient operations in a dynamic accounting environment.
Offer prompt helpdesk support to staff and assist with technology training and resources.
Collaborate closely with the IT team to align technology solutions with business goals.

Requirements

- Educational Qualifications: - Minimum of a Diploma degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Experience Level: - At least 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration.- Skills and Competencies: - Proficiency in DevOps methodologies and practices. - Expertise in configuring and managing web servers such as Tomcat and Nginx. - Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.- Responsibilities and Duties: - Provide technical support for IT infrastructure. - Deploy, configure, and maintain server systems including Tomcat and Nginx. - Collaborate with development teams to facilitate CI/CD processes.- Working Conditions: - Fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Requires availability for after-hours support on a rotational basis.- Qualities and Traits: - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Highly organized with attention to detail. - A team player with the initiative to work independently.
