Measuring and reporting on recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source-of-hire etc.)
Identifying future staffing needs for the purpose of proactively sourcing potential hires
Create referral programs from external/internal networks to fill roles
Identify and source high potential candidates for talent needs using available sourcing channels.
Grow and maintain talent pipeline
Participate in requirements meeting to calibrate for new roles

At least 1-2 years experience in Sourcing/Recruitment and volume hiring in a BPO setting.
Ability to draft & publish attractive job advertisement and managing responses
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to filter and source candidate based on business needs
Strong sourcing and recruiting strategies
Exposure with resume databases, social networks and professional sites
Willing to work on a hybrid setup
Dayshift
Willing to support both our Pasig and Pampanga sites.
