HR Associate - Recruitment and Engagement

Position Overview:

The HR Associate will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively attract top talent and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Talent Sourcing: Actively source candidates for various positions in the construction industry through job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews for qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with the company's recruitment needs.
  • Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on relevant platforms, ensuring they are appealing and accurately reflect the job requirements.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Engagement:

  • Engagement Initiatives: Develop and implement employee engagement programs and activities to enhance morale and retention within the construction workforce.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Assist in the creation and distribution of employee surveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Promote open communication channels within the organization, ensuring employees feel heard and valued.

HR Administrative Work:

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized employee records, including recruitment documents, onboarding materials, and performance evaluations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the construction industry in the Philippines.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present HR reports related to recruitment metrics, employee engagement, and other relevant data to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in recruitment and HR administration, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
