Position: Bahasa Malay HR Admin Specialist - Earn up to Php 80,000 Monthly (Negotiable)

Industry: Computer hardware Manufacturing company

Location: Laguna

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 Monthly (Negotiable)

Work Schedule: Shifting, Weekends off

Work Set up: Hybrid work set-up (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)

Requirements:


• Proficient in speaking, reading, writing Bahasa Malay Language

• Preferably with HR Admin experience

• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology and other related course

• Willing to work in Laguna


Responsibilities:


• Acts as the first point of contact of all HR related concerns

• Providing accurate assistance and solutions to the inquiries throughout multiple channels (Website, Phones and emails)

• Timely processing and assisting employees in lifecycle transactions and document management in partnership with managers

• Engage in document transactions with new hires onboarding, compensation and benefits, resignation and others

• Becoming expert in using Workday and other HR functions

• Monitor and manage transaction workflows for customers in assigned region

• Identify process improvement opportunities focused on enhancing HR Central and HR Support services and improving the system

• Ensuring that all HR processes and functions

• Other related tasks
