Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or any related field.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and people management principles.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Labor Relations and Employee Relations
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role
• Familiarity with unionized workplaces, labor agreements, and collective bargaining processes is a must
• Excellent strategic and business acumen, with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• A proven track record of leading, developing & motivating high-performing teams.
• Ability to think creatively and implement innovative HR solutions
• Substantial experience in HR leadership role, ideally within a unionized environment
• Strong communications, interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be amenable to work onsite and day shift
