Role Description

This is a full-time multi-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Calamba Laguna.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing human resources functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations,payroll and compliance with labor laws. The role involves working closely with leadership to develop HR strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management skills
• Employee Relations and Compliance with Labor Laws knowledge
• Experience in developing HR strategies and policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Experience in Japanese company is a plus
