Position: Human Resource Manager

Industry: Manufacturing Company

Location: Lapu – Lapu City, Cebu

Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000

Work Schedule: Day shift | Mon- Sat

Responsibilities:

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Managing, coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.
• Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource
• At least 3 years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
• Has experience in supervisory roles.
