Job Responsibilities:

• Set up regular operation reports and monitor the operational index for the business department
• Understand the team’s business needs and translate them into data analysis and reports
• Develop insightful metrics, build and improve reports, support management to understand business’ performance and action points.
• Present data in a meaningful way to ensure that correct decisions are made by management
• Perform ad-hoc analysis assigned by line manager
• Have the capacity to thrive in our fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of work
• Assist with ad hoc projects, as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Comms, and/or any relevant field
• At least 2- 3 years experience as Data Analyst; customer care center and travel industry experience, preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
• Has strong analytical and statistical skills; possesses strong business sense and ability to draw insights from data
• Understanding and experience with SQL is a plus
• Working knowledge in data visualization (Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools)
• Ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail and analytical reasoning
• Assist with ad hoc projects, as assigned
