Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical end-user support via telephone, email, or web chat.
  • Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems.
  • Address end-user problems according to standard procedures.
  • Accurately track incidents and calls, including timely and precise data entry into the database.

  • IT-related courses are a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; fluency in Portuguese (speaking, writing, and reading) is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must consistently meet or exceed required performance criteria.
  • Able and willing to handle multiple calls a day when necessary.
  • Familiarity with and good working knowledge of PC hardware and software troubleshooting; prior experience in Software Application support (e.g., Outlook) is a plus.
  • Prior BPO experience in Technical Support is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is a strong advantage.
  • Must be willing to work different shifts.
