Job Description

Schedule: Shifting

Work set-up: Onsite

Location: Calamba, Laguna


Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day customer service support to customers' needs based on client account services or products.
  • Handles assistance through Email, Chat and a little bit of voice.
  • Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.
  • Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.
  • Ensures quality support and customer satisfaction


Requirements:

  • College graduate of any course
  • Very good English communication skills on both oral and written
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
