Job Description


As a Construction Scheduler, you will support the Scheduling Department by inputting schedule data, running reports, analyzing schedule logic, tracking delays or impacts, and creating construction schedules for bidding. Your role ensures accurate, timely scheduling that drives project success and supports critical decision-making throughout the construction lifecycle.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (Mon - Fri, 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM), Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite in Pampanga (Hybrid after regularization – 2 or 3 days onsite weekly)

The Qualifications We Seek


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling using Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Skype, MS Teams, and Bluebeam
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling logic, and industry terminology
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); confident leading meetings with U.S.-based teams
  • Skilled in communicating clearly and working effectively with scheduling teams and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in schedules and documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proficient in navigating web-based platforms and general computer systems
  • Able to electronically organize, track, and maintain project files


Your Daily Tasks


  • Input actual and forecast data for monthly or weekly schedule updates.
  • Run weekly and monthly progress meetings with the US-based Project Team.
  • Publish schedule reports and updates.
  • Implement schedule modifications or logic updates.
  • Input delays and link them to impacted activities.
  • Prepare recovery plans.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met, identify critical activities, and notify the project team.
  • Compile and archive scheduling data.
  • Manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines to ensure timely updates.
