Job Description:

Ensures compliance with all regulatory practices, standards, and policies of different Regulatory Agencies (FDA, EMB, BPI, BIR, BOC etc); serving as liaison to consistently update the company and maintain its good standing and image.

Knowledgeable in handling SQI and PMPIN.

Ensures safekeeping of Regulatory documents and licenses. This position also entails assisting clients.

Maintaining the validity and securing pertinent Licenses to Operate needed by the Company.

Maintaining the validity and securing the registration/notification of the products.

Reviews and evaluates technical data and requirements before submission to ensure correctness, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Prepares and Collates documents for Product Registration and PICCS

Answers to all inquiries related to regulatory compliance and updates.

The candidate will also be responsible for serving as the Pollution Control Officer for the company, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and assisting in the development of strategies to minimize environmental impact.

Job Requirements:

Any Allied Health Professionals with a Bachelor of Science Degree related to Healthcare services (B.S. Chemistry, B.S. Chemical Engineering)

Requires at least 1 year of experience in the field of Distribution (Drug, Food, Cosmetics) preferably in the Regulatory, Technical Service, or Quality Assurance Department.

Pollution Control Officer Training is a must, as the candidate will be expected to manage environmental compliance responsibilities.
