Job Description

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Mass Communications, Journalism, Communication Arts or any course with communication, property management or real estate background 
  • Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in real estate/other related industries and/or handled various community relations functions in managerial level. 
  • Excellent in all aspects of communication including oral, written, presentation and negotiation skills  
  • With very strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word or other accounting software/application such as SAP and Smartsheet. 
  • With a strong business/financial acumen in relation to community relations, client services market/competition trends, and business processes/operations. 
  • Can deal with and handle (moderate) complex/critical problems relevant to community relations. 
  • With strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, result-driven and process approach mindset with proven track record in driving and achieving business objectives and results. 
  • Very keen on details specifically on different aspects of community relations. 
  • Highly proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, teams and other stakeholders.  
  • Demonstrates high Emotional Intelligence (EQ), maturity, professionalism and resourcefulness. 

 

Job Role

    This position ensures quality and timely project completion until conveyance for a positive long term relationship with HOA/Condo Corp.
