Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Operations Manager based in Pasay. The Area Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple restaurant locations. Key tasks include staff management, ensuring compliance with company standards, optimizing operational efficiency, handling customer concerns, and implementing sales and marketing strategies. The role involves close coordination with restaurant managers and the corporate team to ensure smooth operations and profitability across all sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or food service management, including team leadership and staff management
• Strong understanding of operational procedures, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency in implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pasay and manage multiple locations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
