• Assist the Key Account Manager in managing all the transactions of the Key Accounts that was assigned to him/her.
• Maintain complete data records of Key Accounts such as store list monitoring, promo monitoring, personnel directory, key plan summary, display counter summary etc.
• Accurately and timely enlistment of new products, promotions and other instore initiatives
• Fulfillment of requirements of Key Accounts for their HRIS and other related activities concerning personnel management.
• Communicate company marketing campaigns and communication plans to assigned Key Accounts
• Execute and supervise key account marketing and communications plans and oversee our key account marketing campaigns and plans.
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with Key Account's decision makers and anyone with respect to the handled categories.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by key accounts and deal with complaints with substantial solutions to develop and maintain trust and confidence among retail partners.
• Achieve sales volume, on-shelf availability of products, distribution, pricing, merchandising and promotional objectives with assigned Key Accounts.
• Understand the key account business goals and work with them to create strategies
• Planning strategic activities and initiatives that will grow Hebe Beauty in existing doors with the key account.
• Grow Hebe Beauty’s presence and business in the account via expansion into new doors or other relevant channels within the channel (i.e. e-commerce platform of the account)
• Ensuring regular engagement with account key persons to further build business and relationship. Sales and Operations Management:
• Coordinating with internal operations teams or third-party agencies (warehouse, materials team, logistics, order fulfillment) to ensure that all particulars necessary for the new store openings are processed and delivered on time in terms
• Monitor sales data, out of stock, pricing, stock levels, share of market, quality of displays (account merchandising standards) and analyze information and prepare improvement reports to implement strategies in maximizing sales and product visibility of the his/her accounts
• Conduct regular store visits to assess overall business in the area and monitor competitive activities such as brand launching, advertising and promotion campaigns, price surveys and to inform management about such activities
• Coordinate with the credit and collection department of key accounts for proper processing of receivables
• Monitor account performance and give related tactics and strategies for the improvement of sales performance
• Conduct store visitation / field work to evaluate store performance especially declining stores or stores with minimal growth. Accordingly, provide strategies and tactics to improve sales of Key Account stores.
• Report on activities and account progress and issues to the Key Account Manager, Head of Key Accounts, and Vice President / Sales Director.
