Job Description

As the Accounts Manager you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, and contributing to business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of advertising strategies across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Maintain Client Relationships:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing strong and trusted relationships.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.
  • Proactively identify ways to exceed client expectations and build long-term partnerships.


  • Project Account Management:
  • Oversee and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.


  • Revenue Growth and Account Expansion:
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue within existing client accounts while actively exploring and acquiring new client partnerships.
  • Develop account growth strategies and action plans.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.


  • Strategic Planning and Reporting:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on account performance, revenue forecasts, and opportunities.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in client servicing, sales, or account management (preferably in an advertising or marketing agency).

• Strong understanding of advertising (ATL, BTL, and digital)

• Strong expertise in team management, client relations, and operations oversight.

• Demonstrated ability to drive growth, profitability, and innovation in a fast-paced environment
