Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead and drive performance in our Telesales campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in BPO operations, particularly in telesales environments, and extensive tenure in managing high-performing teams in the Philippines BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage telesales operations with focus on achieving revenue and conversion goals.

• Oversee multiple teams and ensure operational excellence in line with client KPIs and SLAs.

• Drive sales performance through strategic planning, coaching, and data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align goals and optimize processes.

• Implement performance improvement plans and process enhancements to increase productivity.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (sales, quality, attrition, attendance, etc.).

• Mentor and develop Operations Managers and Team Leaders for succession and growth.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement
