Drink Sustainability Communications is currently looking for a full time and home-based PROJECT MANAGER to join our team. If you are results-driven, motivated to learn, and enjoy working in a team environment, Drink would like to hear from you!

With the goal of telling stories that inspire action and fuel change, Drink is dedicated to helping MSMEs, private corporations, NGOs, and government units around the country find effective and creative ways to make sustainability accessible to everyone. We meet clients where they are on their sustainability journey, and help them move forward with purpose.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with management degree / experience in a communications, non-profit, or corporate environment for consultancy, creative, or development projects
• Proactive, detail-oriented multitasker, and motivated to learn
• Team player who can meet pressing deadlines
• Has grit, solid organizational skills & strong oral / written communication skills
• Background / interest in sustainability, editorial & design work.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 suites

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective & efficient day-to-day implementation of sustainability & creative communication projects from inception, execution, monitoring, review & closure
• Lead & manage creative, sustainability & support team members to assure quality work & timely submission of deliverables
• Coordinate & communicate with clients at all stages of the project
• Identify opportunities for other projects with diverse clients & partners (corporate, SME, non-profit & gov’t)
• Maintain critical thinking, growth mindset, sound judgement & time management
