What you'll do:

As a Facility Management Assistant, you'll be the linchpin in a dynamic retail maintenance operation. Your role is crucial in coordinating repairs and maintenance for a wide array of retail outlets, from local shops to major supermarkets. You'll manage work orders, liaise with contractors, and ensure timely completion of essential repairs. This position offers a unique blend of customer service, project management, and technical knowledge, allowing you to develop a diverse skill set while contributing to the smooth operation of Australia's retail infrastructure

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Work Order Management: Efficiently allocate and manage maintenance work orders for retail stores.
  • Contractor Coordination: Source and coordinate skilled contractors for repair tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Dispatch work to facilities management staff, resolve problems, and coordinate various projects.


Core Functions:

  • Maintain smooth operational processes for facilities.
  • Support general upkeep and maintenance of administrative and engineering operations.
  • Can do every work order from start to end and keep following up.


Successful candidates must have:

  • Has 2 to 3 years of work experience in facilities management or related field.
  • Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
  • Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
