We are looking for passionate and talented Service Managers to support our Retail Banking Group

The Service Manager is the person in charge of the over-all operations of the store as the primary channel in servicing customers’ requirements.

He/She is expected to provide excellent customer service, compliant to internal control/policies as well as regulatory – BSP and AMLC requirements and he/she must also assist in achieving Store’s profitability target.

Who can apply?

• College graduate, preferably any Business or Accounting-related course
• With at least five (5) years supervisory experience in handling in branch operations
• Preferably Assistant Managers from another bank with the same experience
