We are looking for our new Human Resources and Recruitment Officer

Your role is pivot in the good realization of our operations as well as employees and clients satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruitment of candidate for our various international mission
• Review applications and conduct technical interviews to screen the talent
• Implementation of HR digital tools ( AI included )
• Review and filter applications from potential candidates
• Onboard new employees and conducts orientations
• Focal point for our teams deployed at client site
• Manage labor relations
• Regular update the employee work records
• Administering compensation and benefits programs.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a similar position , preferably in aviation and manpower company / agency
• Complete understanding of HR digital tools
• knowledge of the use of AI in recruitment
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a challenging workspace
• Knowledgeable in visa processing
