• Marketing Collateral & Print Materials: Create and update flyers, brochures, signage, and property sales materials, and assist in designing internal communications and corporate assets.
• Park & Village Maps: Make minor adjustments to maps in Adobe InDesign, ensuring accuracy and alignment with branding guidelines.
• Website & Listing Image Management: Resize, optimize, and retouch property images for various platforms, maintaining a current image database.
• Canva Template Management & Local Team Support: Create and manage Canva templates for staff use, ensuring brand consistency, and provide training or support on template usage.
• Regularly update templates based on business needs.
  
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, property marketing, or corporate branding.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Experience designing social media ads, static and animated variations, for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Strong layout and formatting skills, particularly for print materials and digital display ads.
• Experience working within brand guidelines to create multiple ad formats and marketing materials.
