About Us:

SeeMeSOL is the Philippine entity of SeeMeCV a company originating from Singapore who is a leader in virtual career solutions, dedicated to connecting talent with opportunities and supporting employers, educational institutions, and job seekers. Our mission is to drive impactful recruitment strategies that empower organisations and individuals alike.


Position Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and customer-obsessed individuals to join our Customer Success team in NCR. This role is open from Associate (1-2 Years relevant experience) to Executive (3-5 Years relevant experience)—depending on the candidate's skills, experience, and potential demonstrated during the interview process. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with customers, provide onsite support from time to time, and contribute to product development and testing, ultimately driving product adoption across all customer types.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, meaningful customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Ensure effective product adoption through training sessions, articles, and other creative approaches.
  • Actively participate in product development and testing, providing valuable feedback to enhance our solutions.
  • Deliver public speaking engagements, user training, and workshops to educate and empower customers on technology recruitment trends.
  • Collaborate with government, education partners, and other stakeholders to implement recruitment strategies that support their goals.
  • Continuously gather customer feedback and insights to drive service improvements and innovations.
  • Travel domestically to provide hands-on support to customers, ensuring their success with our platforms.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, ideally within the recruitment industry or working with government and educational partners. (1-2 Years for CSA, 3 Years and above for CSE).
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for leveraging technology in daily work.
  • Proficient in public speaking, delivering user training, and knowledgeable about recruitment trends in technology.
  • Creative skills with the ability to develop engaging content and training materials that drive product adoption.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of thriving in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with customer and organizational objectives.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and provide onsite support as needed.
