About the Role

We're seeking talented content professionals to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers opportunities for both experienced writers and senior-level strategists to create compelling B2B content across multiple formats including ad copy, blogs, white papers, digital campaigns, and video scripts.

Working directly with international clients and alongside a creative team of UI/UX, design, and video specialists, you'll help deliver impactful content for marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

For All Content Writers:

• Create high-quality business content for digital marketing campaigns
• Conduct research and interviews to understand client needs and target pain points
• Craft compelling messaging aligned with campaign objectives
• Develop content across different formats and channels
• Work closely with content specialists, marketers, and designers
• Assist with content strategy based on campaign data analysis

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Level:

• Lead content strategy development for major campaigns
• Mentor junior writers and provide editorial oversight
• Collaborate with leadership on content direction and innovation
• Drive process improvements for content development
• Manage client relationships and expectations

Requirements

Content Writer Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional writing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Portfolio demonstrating engaging writing and editing skills
• Experience with online marketing and content marketing best practices
• Strong research capabilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a collaborative environment

Senior Content Writer Qualifications (in addition to above):

• 5+ years of professional writing experience
• Demonstrated leadership in content creation and strategy
• Experience mentoring other writers or leading content projects
• Advanced understanding of marketing analytics and content performance metrics
• Ability to translate complex business concepts into compelling narratives

Portfolio Requirements

Work Arrangements

• Hybrid setup (onsite work twice a week)
• Flexible with both APAC and AMER shifts

Compensation

• Content Writer: Starting from PHP 58,000
• Senior Content Writer: Commensurate with experience
