Job Summary

The Business Development Assistant supports the business development consultant team by performing administrative tasks essential for identifying growth opportunities and recruiting new agents and franchisees. This role includes lead generation for recruitment and franchise sales, marketing research, and managing the company’s social media presence to drive engagement and attract prospects.

Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation for Recruitment and Franchise Sales:

  • Research and identify potential agents and franchisees through various channels, including online platforms, job boards, and networking events.
  • Maintain and update a database of recruitment and franchise leads.
  • Develop targeted campaigns and outreach materials to attract potential agents and franchise buyers.
  • Qualify leads by conducting initial screenings and passing prospects to the business development team for follow-up.


Marketing and Social Media Management:

  • Create and design social media ads and content tailored to agent recruitment and franchise opportunities.
  • Manage and ensure consistent social media presence for RE/MAX Philippines’ recruitment and franchise sales pages.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences on social media to increase visibility and attract prospects.
  • Track performance metrics for campaigns and suggest improvements.


Marketing Research:

  • Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in agent recruitment and franchise sales.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support recruitment and franchise growth strategies.


Administrative Support:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and presentations with potential recruits and franchise buyers.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for recruitment and franchise proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment and franchise sales activities.


Other Duties as Assigned:

  • Support other business development initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, or seminars to promote RE/MAX Philippines’ recruitment and franchise opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


  • Experience: Experience in lead generation, recruitment, or social media marketing is a plus but not required.


  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media tools (e.g., Canva, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Creative and strategic thinking for crafting engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate campaign and lead performance.
Preferred Attributes
  • Proactive and results-oriented.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment strategies and techniques is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry or familiarity with RE/MAX operations is a plus but not required.
